Preparing your order
Ready-to-ship and personalised products can have different preparation times. The applicable estimate is shown on the product page or communicated with your order confirmation. Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.
Shipping charges and delivery estimates
Available delivery services, estimated transit time and any shipping charge are shown during checkout after you enter a valid delivery address. This keeps the estimate relevant to your order and location.
Delivery estimates are working-day estimates. Public holidays, severe weather, remote-area serviceability and exceptional courier delays can affect the final delivery date.
Tracking your order
When an order is dispatched, we send the shipment details to your registered email address. Signed-in customers can also review order information from My Account.
Delivery partners
Orders may be fulfilled through Delhivery, Shiprocket-supported courier services or another suitable tracked delivery partner selected for the destination.
Address changes and delivery issues
Contact us as quickly as possible if the delivery address needs correction. Once a shipment has been handed to the courier, an address change may not be possible. If tracking shows an unexpected delay or delivery problem, share your order number with our support team.
